PESHAWAR - (News DESK) - Awami National Party Senator Sitara Ayaz has alleged that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtoon Khawa has given multi-billion project to a company without any tender.
She said that Chief Minister is involved in this high level corruption. She demanded investigation of this project.
She asked that how come the estimated cost has been increased to 4 billion from its initial proposed cost of 1.5 billion rupees.
She said that according to rules, consultant has to be invited for projects more than 100 million but they have started project without any consultancy.
She said that government's corruption has been exposed in front of public.
She also alleges that firm to whom contract has been granted, was also given tax exemption. Tax exemption to companies is huge loss to national exchequer.
"Three project Directors have been changed in last three months, is this not any political influence ?" , She asked.
