PAKISTAN RAILWAYS set a new record in railway's history.
On 27.11.2015, Karakoram Express (Karachi-Lahore-Karachi) broke the rail speed record for Pakistan by touching 150 km/h on the newly laid double track between Raiwind and Okara. Eventually, the train would run at 160 km/h once the entire new double track is laid between Lahore and Karachi
